Strength for Today

Scripture: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles.” – Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

Reflection:
Some days, you feel like you’re running on fumes—exhausted, drained, barely holding it together. But God doesn’t expect you to do it all on your own. He promises to renew your strength when you place your hope in Him. Like an eagle soaring high, you can rise above stress and exhaustion by resting in His presence. Instead of relying on your own strength today, pause and ask God to fill you with His.

Prayer:
Lord, I need Your strength today. Renew my heart, my mind, and my energy as I place my trust in You. Amen.
